Princess Peach and Toad DIY Costume: Get the Look!

Our Family has a deep rooted love for all things Super Mario! So it was a no brainer I wanted to make this costume come to life with a modern twist and a simple DIY! So here is how to get the look!

Princess Peach

I was lucky enough to already have this classic dress in my wardrobe thanks to Shop Pink Blush! This beautiful lace dress is timeless and suits women of all shapes. It makes for beautiful family photos, or maternity photos when not being worn as the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom

The Wig! Super affordable Princess Peach look a like wig on Amazon! Great quality for a simple costume and easy to wear and tighten!

For the Blue vest I used an old blue t-shirt, cutting the sleeves off and cutting the front down the center. Then used yellow ribbon to follow the edging gluing it with fabric glue sticks for a no show approach. I also cut out and fabric glued 6 large red felt circles to make the mushroom cap hat. Folding the beanie underneath to make it look more puffy.
