Peanut Butter Jelly Nice Cream Bars

These dairy free “nice cream” bars are a delicious protein packed treat to help you and your little ones cool off! Made with delicious 310 Shakes Strawberry flavor. I enjoy the strawberry flavor of this to create the “jam” in these pops because it doesn’t sacrifice that true strawberry flavor and you get a punch of all the the protein shake has to offer. 310 is known for their delicious plant based meal replacement shakes with each flavor packing 15g of protein as well as being chalk full of superfoods and probiotics. Only 90 calories and made with zero artificial sweeteners or sugar. Yet the flavor remains! Making 310 a great choice when adding to recipes and sneaking in some great health benefits for the whole family! Use code 310RAIHNA15OFF for 15% off your order.

Your remaining ingredients are some fun ones as well PB Fit, is my favorite powdered peanut butter to add to shakes! And Ripple Milk is my favorite vegan milk alternative. It is high in protein and calcium, tastes the most similar to regular milk and mimics its consistency in recipes. And of course fresh/ frozen fruit! Strawberries and bananas are the fruit stars of this recipe. Feel free to add real strawberries in as well. And if you are feeling extra and want to make some beautiful “nice cream” bars then follow the optional step in the recipe card!

I blend everything using a Ninja Blender. It is my favorite for smoothie and recipe making. This recipe is made using the single serve cup but I have also included a note on using the larger pitcher.

This Recipe is delicious as a breakfast smoothie as well. I hope you enjoy!
