Cinnamon Apple Sweet Potato Fruit Roll Ups

My kiddos love fruit leather and when I learned how truly effortless it was to make your own I had to try it out! With September brings on the craving for apples and all those fall flavors so I couldn’t resist creating a fall flavor with Sweet Potato and Cinnamon for my littles to enjoy. This is perfect to make with the apples your family collects from the orchard, or go the easy route and use up that apple sauce jar that has been hiding in the pantry. Bonus: Your house will smell soo amazing while this bakes!

Typically this recipe calls for your oven to be on the lowest setting. So between 150 degrees and 170 degrees is perfect. Your cook time should very from about 6-8 hours depending on the amount of liquid ingredient on your tray. The key is to spread it thin enough to cook evenly but also still be thick enough to create a nice fruit leather. I used an extra large cookie sheet, my oven was set at 170 degrees and it cooked for 8 hours.
